Williams Schifino provides counseling to employers and employees on a broad range of workplace issues.

We represent clients in all aspects of employment and labor law, including the development of employment policies and procedures, drafting employee handbooks, negotiating and drafting employment contracts, employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, and general employment matters.  We serve as general employment counsel to public and private employers, and regularly work with in-house human resources personnel to develop policies, investigate claims, and provide guidance.  In addition, our attorneys have developed an expertise in cases involving unfair competition claims, non-competition and trade secret disputes, and whistleblower claims.  We regularly represent clients in connection with U.S. Department of Labor and EEOC investigations.

We at Williams Schifino recognize that litigation is rarely the most efficient means to resolve employment disputes; and, we strive to find efficient and practical solutions to our clients’ problems.  However, if litigation is necessary, we are fully prepared to aggressively pursue our client’s goals.  Our trial attorneys have tried numerous employment disputes in virtually every forum.
