Securities Litigation and Arbitration

At Williams Schifino we have developed an experienced practice group that represents both brokerage firms and individual claimants in securities-related disputes. This group is overseen by Robert V. Williams and William J. Schifino, Jr., who have over 35 years of combined experience in securities litigation. Mr. Schifino is also an arbitrator for the NASD.

We regularly advise our clients regarding strategies to avoid or minimize the time and expense associated with the litigation or arbitration process. We also work closely with our clients in their efforts to resolve such disputes through less formal negotiation or mediation, as appropriate. However, when litigation or arbitration is in our client's best interest, or simply cannot be avoided, the firm's lawyers provide aggressive and effective representation in all phases of the litigation or arbitration process.
