Shane Vogt practices in the firm's business litigation, general trial practice, and personal injury groups. His practice is focused on cases involving complicated business torts and contractual disputes, trademark litigation, non-compete cases, personal injury claims, legal malpractice, and other complex business and civil litigation. He has worked with clients in a wide variety of legal matters, ranging from employment law, to fraud and deceptive and unfair trade practices as well. Mr. Vogt graduated salutatorian, magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 1999. While attending Stetson, he received a Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award, the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, and was named to the National Dean's List in Who's Who Among American Law Students. Mr. Vogt is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. |
