Robert Stoler's practice is concentrated in the areas of auto, premises and complex civil liability claims, and civil rights litigation. A Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar, Mr. Stoler is an "Advocate" member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Past Chairman of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, and the American Bar Association, where he served as the Chairman for the Human and Civil Rights Committee of the Young Lawyer's Division. Mr. Stoler is also a member of The Florida Bar, (Member of the Trial Lawyers Section), the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Bay Area Volunteer Lawyer's Program. He is also a certified state and Federal Court Mediator, and has been recognized as an expert witness in litigation over attorneys' fees on several occasions in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Stoler was named one of the top 1.6% of attorneys in the State of Florida based on a poll of 54,135 members of The Florida Bar in July 2004, 2008 and 2009. He has been voted as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In addition, Mr. Stoler is admitted to practice in all State Courts of Florida; Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; United States District Court, Middle District of Florida; United States District Court, Northern District of Florida; and United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. |
