Mary Thomas practices in the areas of casualty litigation and complex civil litigation. Ms. Thomas represents large corporations throughout the state of Florida in litigation arising out of the defense of auto, false arrest and premises liability claims. Ms. Thomas is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is an active member with The Florida Bar (Member of the Business Law and Trial Lawyers Sections), the American Bar Association, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Member of Trial Lawyers Section). Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Ms. Thomas received her Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from the University of Florida. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Ms. Thomas competed on the National Moot Court Team; was Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity; and was selected by the faculty to Who's Who Among American Law Students. |
