Dennis Manelli is Of Counsel to the firm. His practice consists of a business and real estate matters with an emphasis in maritime and commercial transactions, leasing, land use, and state and local taxation. He also has extensive experience in estate planning, probate and guardianship matters. Mr. Manelli has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1985 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1981. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and was the Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section from 1994 to 1995. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Manelli is actively involved in a number of professional and civic activities and sits on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay International Dragon Boat Institute, Inc. and the Propeller Club/Port of Tampa. |
