Allyson Lazzara practices in the areas of business litigation, securities litigation and arbitration. She is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Ms. Lazzara is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar, American Bar, and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers and the Downtown Tampa Kiwanis Club. Ms. Lazzara was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1998. In 2005, she received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to joining Williams Schifino, Ms. Lazzara was an associate with the securities litigation and arbitration department of a state-wide law firm. |
