Stephen Cohen is a member of the firm's litigation group. His practice involves business litigation in both state and federal courts, including employment-related disputes and commercial trade practices.

Mr. Cohen represents and counsels businesses, executives, and individuals on employment issues and policies, including matters involving fair competition and trade secrets. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Cohen currently chairs the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service. He had previously served as a Director of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and a Director and President of the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.

Mr. Cohen was recognized with the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award by the Hillsborough County Bar Association in 2003. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohen also served as a judicial clerk to Florida Supreme Court Justice Stephen H. Grimes and was a member and editor of the Law Review at Florida State University.
