Shane Vogt practices
in the firm's business litigation, general trial
practice, and personal injury groups. His practice
is focused on personal injury, complex business
litigation, and insurance disputes. Mr. Vogt
also handles consumer rights litigation and
family law matters. He has worked with clients
in a wide variety of legal matters, ranging
from insurance disputes involving sinkholes
and mold, to contractual issues, fraud and deceptive
and unfair trade practices.
Mr. Vogt graduated salutatorian, magna cum
laude from Stetson University College of Law
in 1999. While attending Stetson, he received
a Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award, the
William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, and
was named to the National Dean’s List
in Who’s Who Among American Law Students.
Mr. Vogt is a member of The Florida Bar and
the Hillsborough County Bar Associations. He
is also admitted to practice in all Florida
State Courts and the United States District
Court for the Middle District of Florida.
