Nicole Zamora practices in the areas of construction, real estate, and casualty litigation. Ms. Zamora’s construction litigation experience includes claims involving disputes, construction defects, design errors, and construction liens. She has represented developers, contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in all phases of the construction process. Ms. Zamora’s real estate litigation experience includes the prosecution and defense of title insurance claims and other real property disputes. She has represented title insurers, sellers, and purchasers of real estate, mortgage lenders, construction lienors and other types of parties in such cases. Ms. Zamora’s casualty litigation experience includes claims involving catastrophic loss, professional liability, products and trucking and transportation. She has represented motor carriers including semi tractor-trailers and tankers, buses, ambulances, waste haulers, and moving and storage van lines.

Ms. Zamora is a member of the Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar (member of construction law section) and Illinois Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Zamora was born in Kingston, Pennsylvania and raised in Miami, Florida. She received her Bachelor in Arts in Philosophy in 2001 from Florida International University where she was a member of the Phi Sigma Tau honor society. In 2005, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she was an academic tutor in the area of Criminal Law and taught Street Law as a teaching assistant. While she attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Ms. Zamora served as Production Editor on the Loyola Law Journal. She was also a recipient of the Schiff, Hardin, & Waite / Waldron Scholarship and the CALI Award for the highest achievement in Pretrial Litigation.

Prior to joining Williams Schifino, Ms. Zamora was an associate at a Tampa-based law firm where she practiced civil litigation including construction defects and casualty litigation. Prior to her tenure at that firm, Ms. Zamora was previously an associate for a Chicago-based law firm, Patton & Ryan, LLC.

Ms. Zamora is actively involved in many community and professional activities, including Attorney Ad Litem and the Tampa Bay Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
