Lina Angelici concentrates her practice in the areas of securities regulation, corporation finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. Ms. Angelici has experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities representing issuers and underwriters, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, including those that are subject to the tender offer rules.

Ms. Angelici’s practice includes assisting public companies in satisfying their continuing disclosure obligations under applicable securities laws, as well as compliance with stock exchange and NASDAQ listing and maintenance requirements.

Ms. Angelici is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Angelici served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harriett R. Taylor, Associate Judge, Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and was a member of the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance.
