John Agliano
has an extensive business law practice. His
practice includes litigation, counseling, contract
drafting and negotiations, and dispute resolution
in business organization, business tort, creditors'
rights, real estate and development, insurance,
employment, and other business-related matters.
Mr. Agliano has also actively litigated other
types of commercial cases, including administrative
law, environmental, lender liability, land use,
franchise, unfair trade practices and intellectual
property disputes.
Mr. Agliano serves as a certified
circuit court mediator. He is a member of the
Hillsborough County Bar Association (Member
of the Trial Lawyers and Construction Law Sections),
American Bar Association (Forum on the Construction
Industry; Litigation Section), and The Florida
Bar (Member of the Trial Lawyers Section; Real
Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; Entertainment,
Arts and Sports Law Section).
Mr. Agliano has continuously been
in private practice since 1985, except for approximately
three years when he served as associate general
counsel to The New York Yankees. Mr. Agliano
was born and raised in Tampa, and is proficient
in Spanish and Italian.
