Jacqueline Bell practices in the firm’s corporate department specializing in business and corporate law matters.
Ms. Bell concentrates her practice in representing companies in many areas, including the formation and governance of corporations, limited liability companies and other business organizations as well as the establishment of restricted stock and stock option incentive plans, shareholder relations and operating agreements. Jacqueline also has experience negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial contracts relating to business acquisitions and dispositions (whether involving assts or equity interests), joint ventures, licensing, commercial financing and leasing transactions and employment, management and consulting agreements.
Jacqueline is a member of The Florida Bar, State Bar of Michigan, Hillsborough County Bar Association and Clearwater Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the State of Michigan and the Federal District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Jacqueline has been an active member of various business and civic organizations including the Florida Venture Forum, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar Association, the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, the Junior League of Clearwater - Dunedin and she is an advisory board member of the Pinellas Animal Foundation.
